Mr. Chen qualified as a PRC Lawyer in 1999 and has been in practice since 2000. He focuses on, and has substantial experience in corporate, security and cross-border legal services. Mr. Chen has represented many multinational companies and international financial institutions in M&A transactions such as China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) with China Everbright Group General Corporation, Beijing Atom High Tech Co., Ltd. with GE. He has also assisted several companies such as Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd., Anhui Sietre Fertilizer Industry Co., Ltd., and Bank of Shanghai Co., in their IPOs in China and a number of domestic companies in their overseas IPOs such as Ming An Insurance Co (China) Ltd. Mr. Chen also provides legal service for multiple real estate project such as Taiping Finance Tower Project, Shanghai Su Bund Integrated Development Project. He has also been act as legal counsel to some of China's most prominent companies such as China Taiping Group, OCT Group, and is widely-recognized for his expertise service by clients.
