Victoria has a wide range of experience in both dry and wet shipping, shipping litigation, shipbuilding, international trade and cross - border dispute resolution. For contentious matters, her expertise extends to bill of lading, charterparty, marine insurance, freight forwarding, collision, oil pollution, shipbuilding and international trade disputes. Victoria regularly receives instruction from P&I Club, hull & machinery insurer, shipowner, charterer, freight forwarder, shipyard and trader. For non-contentious matters, Victoria advises shipyards on new-building, shipping finance and assets transaction matters and also advises shipping company on compliance matters. She also assists overseas freight forwarding company, shipping management and agency companies in handing inbound investment projects. Victoria is on China Ministry of Justice panel of Chinese lawyer talents specializing in foreign-related legal matters and also on the panels of China P&I Club, COSCO Shipping Line Transportation Co., Ltd., COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. and China State Shipbuilding Corporation. Before joining V&T Law Firm, Victoria worked in Sloma & Co. and Reed Smith Richards Butler.
