Attorney Han has also handled numerous matters that did not involve litigation, including: representing the Sichuan Chuanhuan Technology Co., Ltd. in regards to its company listing, issuing short-term bonds and medium-term notes for the OCT PPP project of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport Co., Ltd., the listing of the National Equities Exchange, and quotations for Leshan City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.
