Songbo Ying is a partner of V&T Law Firm Shanghai office, specialized in providing advice on general corporate, M&A, and commercial dispute resolutions. Songbo passed the PRC bar examination in 2008 and he started his private practice in 2011 in Shanghai. Songbo has particular expertise in providing services to international clients. Before joining V&T in 2018, he worked in a leading UK law firm’s China office.
