Mr. Raymond Liu，graduating from China University of Political Science and Law with Master of civil and commercial law, and also granting the Bachelor of Arts in Inner Mongolia Normal University. Mr Raymond has complex background of law，literature and computer expertise since he has been worked as prosecutor, literary editor, and computer software programmer. With more than twenty years of professional experience about intellectual property, company affairs, foreign business, lawsuit and arbitration, Mr Raymond is sophisticated in these professional area and good at dealing with these related disputes. Mr Raymond conducted many famous lawsuit and arbitration cases. In the first nation televised debate competition of lawyers，Mr Raymond was awarded as the best charisma in the division of Inner Mongolia. Mr Raymond has been published much articles on the national and local newspapers and magazines and on the network. The article“the protection of patent on computer software” was rated as outstanding paper. Mr Raymond has been interviewed by CCTV, Shenzhen TV stations, 942 radio channel in Shenzhen, the Shenzhen Commercial Daily and other media. Mr Raymond now is practising in V&T (Shenzhen) Law Firm as a partner. This Law Firm was established in May 1996，with Beijing headquartered and two branch which in Shenzhen and Shanghai，the law firm has more than 200 professional lawyers and support staff.
