Ms. Sun is a lawyer at VT Law Firm, and a certified author of “Foreign- related Legal Circle”. Ms. Sun has been practicing law since 2017, and has worked in a boutique firm in the United States, served as a litigation specialist in the operating body of ofo (a famous sharing bike company), and focuses on cross-border commercial dispute resolution, cross-border investment and other international business, as well as domestic civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate compliance, and has provided legal consulting services for a number of multinational enterprises, all of which have been awarded with the honor to provide legal consulting services. 

In the course of serving Oregon Nursery Holdings, Ltd.  (a BVI company), Ms. Sun was responsible for handling the legal affairs of its business policy and investment plan with its U.S. shareholders, and the applicable laws of the service mainly involved BVI law, Delaware corporation law and Hong Kong company ordinance, which spanned across four different jurisdictions, namely, China, Hong Kong, BVI, and the U.S. Ms. Sun was also responsible for the management of the company’s business plan and investment plan with its U.S. shareholders.
